摘要： 本文报道一例42岁女性患者，因右股部结节45天就诊，结节周围红肿，皮温高，伴疼痛。结合临床、彩超、病理诊断为细胞性良性纤维组织细胞瘤。

Abstract: We report a case of a 42-year-old female patient presenting with a 45-day history of redness and swelling around the right femoral nodule, high skin temperature, and pain. Combined with clinical, color doppler ultrasound and pathology, the diagnosis of cellular benign fibrous histiocytoma was made.
