摘要： 口腔扁平苔藓的传统治疗方案包括糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂等，这些治疗方案的疗效有限且伴有不良反应，国外有阿普米司特治疗口腔扁平苔藓的报道，国内尚无，本文报道阿普米司特治疗口腔扁平苔藓一例并对既往相关文献进行总结分析。

Abstract: Traditional treatments for oral lichen planus include glucocorticoids and immunosuppressive agents, with little efficacy and adverse effects. There have been reports on the treatment of oral lichen planus with apremilast abroad, but no reports in China. Herein, we report a case of apremilast in the treatment of oral lichen planus and summarize the relevant literature.
