Abstract: Mondor's disease, namely thrombophlebitis of the thoracoabdominal wall, is a rare benign self-limiting disease, and we report one case herein. A 49-year-old male developed cord-like changes on the right thoracoabdominal wall after an insect bite on his right upper extremity one month ago, which were slightly hard on palpation and accompanied by pain; histopathology showed dilatation and congestion of some blood vessels in the deep dermis and panniculus adiposus, with venous thrombosis formation, and the patient received no treatment, with significantly relieved tenderness and softened hard cord during follow-up 2 months later.
