摘要： 结节性硬皮病是系统性硬化症或局限性硬皮病的一种罕见特殊类型，易被误诊为瘢痕疙瘩。本文报道一例结节性硬皮病患者，患者表现为腰背部黄色斑片、斑块6年，曾被误诊为“瘢痕”。

Abstract: Nodular scleroderma is a rare special type of systemic sclerosis or localized scleroderma. We report a case of nodular scleroderma. The patient presented with multiple noclules and plaques on her waist and back for 6 years who had been misdiagnosed as “scar”.
