2660例疑似泌尿生殖系统感染患者NG、CT、UU检测结果分析

Analysis of NG, CT and UU in 2660 suspected patients with genitourinary system infection

摘要: 目的:分析我院疑似泌尿生殖系统感染患者淋球菌(NG)、沙眼衣原体(CT)、解脲脲原体(UU)感染情况。方法:回顾性分析2020年1月至2023年3月我院2660例疑似泌尿生殖系感染患者资料,其中女758例,男1902例。比较患者不同性别、年龄、不同取材部位的NG、CT、UU感染率。结果:在2660例患者中,阳性率最高为UU 34.55%,其次为CT 11.92%,NG 11.54%。男性和女性患者中,NG、CT、UU阳性率分别为14.56%、4.96%和11.88%和12.01%、21.24%和67.94%。NG、UU男女感染率差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。混合感染率为8.72%,其中NG+CT阳性率为1.80%,CT+UU阳性率为4.69%,NG+UU阳性率1.20%,NG+CT+UU阳性率为1.01%。≤20岁年龄段NG、CT、UU感染率最高,随着年龄的增长,罹患率逐渐降低。在1902例男性感染者中,1346例和166例分别为尿道感染和龟头感染,NG、CT、UU尿道和龟头感染率分别为13.37%和7.22%,10.69%和7.22%,18.13%和30.12%。其中NG、UU在尿道、龟头感染率之间存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。在758例女性患者中,738例和46例分别为宫颈感染和外阴感染,NG、CT、UU感染率分别为2.98%和4.35%,6.77%和26.08%,73.44%和86.96%,其中CT、UU在宫颈、外阴感染率之间存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:本研究中在泌尿生殖系统感染患者中UU感染率最高,男性易感染NG,女性易感染UU。

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the infection status of Neisseria gonorrhoeae (NG), Chlamydia trachomatis (CT), Ureaplasma uyticum (UU) in patients with suspected genitourinary system infection in our hospital. Methods: Data of 2660 patients (758 females and 1902 males) admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to March 2023 were retrospectively analyzed. The infection rates of NG, CT and UU were compared among in patients with different sex, age and sampling sites. Results: Among 2660 patients, the highest positivity rate was UU (34.55%), followed by CT (11.92%) and NG (11.54%). Among 1902 male and 758 female patients, the infection rates of NG, CT and UU were 14.56% and 4.96%, 11.88% and 12.01%, 21.24% and 67.94%, respectively. There were significantly differents of positivity rates of NG and UU between male and female (Ps<0.05). The mixed infection rate was 8.72%, including NG+CT of 1.80%, CT+UU of 4.69%, NG+UU of 1.20%, NG+CT+UU of 1.01%. The infection rate of NG, CT and UU was the highest in the age group ≤20 years old, and the infection rate of NG, CT and UU decreased with the increase of age. Among 1902 infected male, 1346 cases had urethra infection and 166 had glans infection. NG, CT, UU urethral infection and glans infection were 13.37% and 7.22%, 10.69% and 7.22%, 18.13% and 30.12%, respectively. There was a significant difference of NG and UU infection rate betwteen urethra and glans (P<0.05). Among 758 female, 7738 had cervical infection and 46 had vulva infection. The infection rates of NG, CT and UU of cervix and vulva were 2.98% and 4.35%, 6.77% and 26.08%, 73.44% and 86.96%, respectively. There was a significant difference of CT and UU infection rate between cervix and vulva. Conclusion: In this study, the infection rate of UU was the highest in patients with genitourinary system infection. The males were susceptible to NG infection and famles were susceptible to UU infection.
