摘要： 马蜂蛰伤在临床工作中较为常见，患者的临床表现可仅表现为伤处的肿痛，但也有部分患者发生多脏器器官功能衰竭。因此，及时识别、早期救治马蜂蛰伤危急重症患者具有重要临床意义。本文回顾分析5例马蜂蛰伤患者的临床资料，结合国内外研究，对马蜂蛰伤后患者的临床表现进行小结，并进一步探讨可能造成病情危重的危险因素，以期为临床提供参考。

Abstract: Hornet stings are relatively common in clinical work, and the clinical manifestations of patients may only show localized swelling and pain, but some patients also experience multiple organ failure. Therefore, timely identification and early treatment of critically ill patients with hornet stings are of great clinical significance. We firstly reviewed the clinical data of five patients with hornet stings, and summarized the clinical manifestations of patients after hornet stings in this paper, then analyzed the risk factors of critical condition to provide clinical references.
