注射抗CD20单克隆抗体后发生荨麻疹性血管炎一例

Urticarial vasculitis after injection of anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody: a case report

摘要: 患者,女,61岁。全身皮肤泛发红斑1天。起病前7天因“红斑型天疱疮”应用抗CD20单克隆抗体治疗。用药后躯干、四肢泛发水肿性红斑。结合组织病理诊断为荨麻疹性血管炎。给予甲泼尼龙、氯雷他定等治疗,4天后患者皮疹逐渐消退,原有红斑部位可见色素沉着斑。随访8个月,皮疹未复发。

Abstract: A 61-year-old female presented with erythema all over the body for 1 day. The patient was treated with anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody for “pemphigus erythematosus” 7 days ago. Clinical manifestations combined with pathology, the diagnosis of urticarial vasculitis was made. The patient was treated with methylprednisolone and loratadine, and the rash gradually subsided after 4 days. Pigmentation spots were seen in the original erythema. The patient was followed up for 8 months, and the rash did not recur.
