人类疱疹病毒5型6型与扁平苔藓相关性研究

摘要: 目的:探讨人类疱疹病毒5型(HHV-5)和6型(HHV-6)与扁平苔藓发病的相关性。方法:应用实时PCR法检测20例扁平苔藓皮损组织及17名正常人皮肤组织中HHV-5和HHV-6水平。结果:扁平苔藓及正常人皮肤组织标本中均未检测到HHV-5病毒DNA(80%)。16例扁平苔藓患者的皮损组织和9名(52.94%)健康人正常皮肤组织中检测到HHV-6 DNA,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。扁平苔藓皮损与健康皮肤组织检测出的HHV-6 DNA平均拷贝数分别为3.79/μL和4.58/μL,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:皮肤扁平苔藓可能与人类疱疹病毒5型(HHV-5)、6型(HHV-6)的局部感染没有相关性。

Abstract: Objective: To determine the correlation between herpes virus-5,6 and linchen planus (LP). Methods: The level of HHV-5 and HHV-6 in the skin lesions of twenty patients with linchen planus and 17 healthy controls were detected by real-time polymerase chain reaction. Results: HHV-5 DNA was not detected in all samples. HHV-6 DNA was detected in 16 samples (80%) of LP and in 9 samples (52.94%) of healthy controls, with no significant difference (P>0.05). The average copy number of HHV-6 DNA in the patients and controls were 3.79/μL and 4.58/μL, with no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusions: HHV-5 and HHV-6 infection may not be associated with the pathogenesis of lichen planus.
