摘要： 大疱性系统性红斑狼疮（BSLE）为SLE的一个独特亚型，发病机制与针对Ⅶ型胶原的自身抗体显著相关，多累及20~40岁的年轻女性。本文报道1例青少年男性BSLE，该病例患者对糖皮质激素、JAK抑制剂、免疫调节剂、免疫球蛋白治疗均反应不佳，但氨苯砜治疗有显著改善。

Abstract: Bullous systemic lupus erythematosus (BSLE) is a unique variant of SLE, characterized by its pathogenesis being notably linked to autoantibodies that target type Ⅶ collagen. The disease predominantly impacts young women aged between 20 and 40 years. This paper reports a young male diagnosed patient with BSLE who exhibited a suboptimal response to treatments such as glucocorticoids, Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitors, immunomodulators, and immunoglobulin therapy. However, the patient experienced a significant improvement following administration of dapsone.
