摘要: 氨苯砜(dapsone, DDS)被广泛应用于诸多感染性和炎症性皮肤病的治疗,随着对DDS作用机制的进一步了解,发现DDS还可以运用于治疗各系统损伤和退行性疾病甚至肿瘤疾病。本文就DDS的作用机制和DDS在非皮肤病应用做一综述。

Abstract: Dapsone(DDS) is a drug traditionally used in dermatological therapies due to its antimicrobial activity and anti-inflammatory effect. With further understanding of DDS mechanism, it has proven to be a safe and effective drug as a protector against cells damage, degenerative diseases and tumors. In this review, we discuss the mechanisms of action of DDS and Non-dermatological applications.
