摘要： 患者,男，63岁。患者2年前无明显诱因鼻唇沟靠右侧出现一绿豆大水疱，伴痒痛，误诊为单纯疱疹，治疗不佳，皮损逐渐扩大，遂行皮损组织病理及免疫组化检查，符合皮脂腺癌诊断，予手术切除治疗。

Abstract: A 63-year-old male presented with mung bean blisters next to his philtrum with itching and pain for two years. The feature of histologic examination was in accordance with sebaceous gland carcinoma. The lesion was surgically removed.
