Meta-analysis of the association of bullous pemphigoid with malignancy

摘要: 目的:明确大疱性类天疱疮(BP)与恶性肿瘤的相关性。方法:通过PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Central、CBM、CNKI、万方和VIP数据库检索大疱性类天疱疮(BP)并恶性肿瘤相关文献,采用Stata 12.0软件进行统计分析。结果:初步检索到1549篇文献,最终纳入10个病例对照研究,其中BP组2507例,对照组11808例。结果显示,与对照组相比,BP组恶性肿瘤总发生风险和血液恶性肿瘤发生风险高于对照组(均P<0.05),两组实体恶性肿瘤发生风险无明显差异(P=0.07)。结论:BP和恶性肿瘤之间存在相关性,但需要更多的前瞻性研究来确认。

Abstract: Objective: To determine the association of bullous pemphigoid (BP) with malignancy. Methods: The studies of BP and malignancy in Cochrane Library, PubMed, Embase, Wanfang, CNKI, and VIP database were searched. Meta-analysis was carried out by Stata 12.0 software. Results: A total of 1549 studies were initially searched, in which 10 randomized controlled trial were analyzed. The results showed that the risk of total malignancy and hematologic malignancy in the BP group were higher than that in the control group (Ps<0.05), but there was no significant difference in the incidence of solid malignancy between the two groups (P=0.07). Conclusion: There is an association between BP and malignancy, but more prospective studies are needed to confirm the association.
