Association between HLA alleles and psoriatic arthritis: a meta-analysis

摘要： 目的：了解关节病型银屑病与HLA等位基因的关联性。方法：检索PubMed、ISI、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普数据库(VIP)及万方数据资源系统(Wanfang database)1972年1月1日至2019年7月1日期间收录的有关关节病型银屑病与HLA等位基因关联性研究的相关文献，进行质量评估和Meta分析。OR≤0.8的HLA基因记为保护基因，OR≥1.2为风险基因，0.8＜OR＜1.2的HLA基因记为非关联基因。结果：结果共纳入文献20篇，其中病例2686例，对照2739人，共分析了158个HLA等位基因。Meta分析示共60个HLA等位基因与关节病型银屑病存在关联，其中31个保护基因，32个风险基因，风险基因和保护基因中有3个重复基因。

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the association between psoriatic arthritis and HLA alleles. Methods: The case-control studies on the association between psoriatic arthritis and HLA alleles were searched in PubMed, ISI, CNKI, VIP and Wanfang Database from 1 Jan 1972 to 1 Jul 2019. The risk bias of included researches was assessed and meta-analysis was performed. The allele was recognized as protective allele when OR≤0.8, as risk allele when OR≥1.2 and as no association when 0.8＜OR＜1.2. Results: A total of 20 studies were analyzed, including 2686 patients, 2739 controls and 158 HLA alleles. Of 158 HLA alleles, 60 were associated with psoriatic arthritis, including 32 protective alleles, 31 risk alleles and 3 repeated alleles among protective alleles and risk alleles. Conclusion: Of 158 HLA alleles, 60 were associated with psoriatic arthritis.
