摘要： 报道一例大剂量甲氨蝶呤控制病情后使用常规剂量TNF-α抑制剂维持治疗的关节病型银屑病患者，维持治疗3年后躯干及双下肢发疹，加用IL-17拮抗剂，皮损消退后停用TNF-α抑制剂，IL-17拮抗剂维持治疗8周，皮疹完全消退，关节症状无复发。

Abstract: We reported a case of psoriatic arthritis using conventional dose of TNF-αinhibitor after controlling the disease with high dose methotrexate. After three years of maintenance therapy, the patient occurred skin lesions on the trunk and both lower limbs.The patient was treated with IL-17 inhibitor and TNF-αinhibitor until the lesion disappeared, IL-17 inhibitor monotherapy for 8 weeks, the lesions were completely subsided and no recurrence of joint symptoms.
