中国人群皮肌炎/多发性肌炎患者合并肿瘤的危险因素meta分析

Meta analysis of risk factors for tumors in Chinese patients with dermatomyositis/polymyositis

摘要： 检索中国知网、万方数据库和Pubmed、Embase等数据库从建库到 2020年2月关于皮肌炎/多发性肌炎与肿瘤相关因素的文献。筛选出符合纳入标准的文献，由2名研究者进行数据独立提取和质量评价，采用Stata14软件进行合并统计量，用Egger法检验发表偏倚。结果示共有14篇文献符合标准，纳入2273例患者。共分析21个相关因素，其中13个与合并肿瘤有关。13个相关因素中累及皮肤的症状包括Gottron征、胸前V字疹、眼睑红斑、严重瘙痒、皮肤异色征。

Abstract: The related studies on dermatomyositis/polymyositis were searched in databases, including Pubmed, Embase, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and Wanfang database from inception to February 2020. Two reviewers screened literature and extracted data. The data was analyzed by Stata 14 and the publication bias was evaluated by Egger test. Results: A total of 14 literatures were included, involving 2273 patients, 21 variables. Of 21 variables, 13 were associated with tumors. Of the 13 factors, the skin symptoms included Gottron syndrome, V-rash on chest, eyelid erythema, severe itching and discoloration of skin.
