摘要： 肢端型白癜风作为白癜风中的难治性特殊类型，传统外用药物及光疗方案时存在疗程长、疗效差等难题。近年来，随着对白癜风发病机制的深入研究，靶向治疗已成为治疗的新选择。本文综述了近年来靶向药物在肢端型白癜风治疗中的关键进展，重点聚焦于Janus激酶(JAK)抑制剂、磷酸二酯酶4(PDE-4)抑制剂等核心靶向药物，以期为其临床诊疗提供依据。

Abstract: As a refractory and special subtype of vitiligo, acral vitiligo is confronted with prominent challenges such as long treatment duration and unsatisfactory efficacy when treated with traditional topical medications and phototherapy. In recent years, with an in-depth study of the pathogenesis of vitiligo, targeted therapy has emerged as a rapidly developing frontier in this field. This paper reviews the key recent advances of targeted drugs in the treatment of acral vitiligo, with a focus on core targeted agents including JAK inhibitors and PDE-4 inhibitors, aiming to provide a reference for its clinical diagnosis and treatment.
