托法替布治疗结节性红斑一例

摘要： 报道1例对糖皮质激素反应不佳的结节性红斑患者，予以JAK抑制剂托法替布治疗后，皮损在8周内明显改善至消失，提示JAK抑制剂可能为治疗结节性红斑的新选择。

Abstract: We report a case of erythema nodosum that responded poorly to glucocorticoids. After treatment with the JAK inhibitor tofacitinib, the skin lesions showed significant improvement and resolved within 8 weeks. This suggests that JAK inhibitors may represent a novel therapeutic option for erythema nodosum.
