摘要： 2026年5月，山东省发现首例猴痘病毒Ⅰb亚分支感染者，现报道如下。患者，男，33岁。周身丘疱疹10天，阴阜溃疡、外阴肿痛伴发热5天。患者2周前曾有无保护同性性接触史。皮损PCR检查示MPXV-qPCR（+），Ⅰb亚分支（+），CT值17.441。

Abstract: In May 2026, the first case of M-pox virus clade Ib infection was identified in Shandong Province, and the case is reported herein. A 33-year-old male patient presented with disseminated papulovesicles for 10 days, accompanied by ulcers on the mons pubis, genital swelling and pain, and fever for 5 days. The patient had a history of unprotected homosexual contact two weeks ago. Skin lesion samples tested positive for MPXV-qPCR with the Ib clade (cycle threshold value: 17.441).
