摘要： 患者，男，25岁，就诊4周前出现发热、皮肤脓疱，采集痂皮、脓疱疱液、鼻咽拭子、血液标本进行猴痘病毒核酸检测（RT-PCR），为猴痘病毒分支II(西非分支）。该患者为男男性行为者，2年前确诊为HIV感染者，1年前诊断梅毒。

Abstract: A 25-year-old male presented with fever and pustules for 4 weeks. The samples of skin rash scab, pustular fluid, nasopharyngeal swab and blood were tested by RT- PCR and positive for monkeypox virus (West African branch). The patient, who has sex with men, was diagnosed with HIV two years ago and syphilis one year ago.
