摘要： 带状疱疹后神经痛(postherpetic neuralgia, PHN)是带状疱疹最常见的并发症，评估早期急性期疼痛对减少PHN发生具有显著意义。本文从PHN的定义、疼痛评估工具、技术设备等方面进行综述，分析各评估工具的优缺点及应用条件, 为临床医生评估神经痛提供参考。

Abstract: Postherpetic neuralgia (PHN) is the most common complication of herpes zoster. Early assessment of acute pain plays a crucial role in reducing the incidence of PHN. This review summarizes the definition of PHN, pain assessment tools, and technical devices related to PHN, and analyzes the advantages, limitations, and application conditions of various assessment methods. The aim is to provide a reference for clinicians in the assessment and management of postherpetic neuralgia.
