摘要： 报道带状疱疹引起腹壁假疝1例，经腹部CT检查排除肿瘤占位、肠梗阻、腹腔积液及腹壁疝等鉴别诊断，未予治疗，3个月后随访腹壁疝明显缓解。

Abstract: A case of abdominal false hernia caused by herpes zoster was reported. Abdominal CT examination ruled out the differential diagnosis of tumor mass, intestinal obstruction, peritoneal effusion and abdominal hernia. Abdominal hernia was significantly relieved after 3 months of follow-up.
