抗抑郁药在带状疱疹后遗神经痛治疗中的研究进展

摘要： 带状疱疹后遗神经痛是神经病理性疼痛的一种，常给患者带来巨大的身心负担，严重影响患者的社会功能和生活质量。目前治疗PHN有多种镇痛方案，其中抗抑郁药是公认的一线用药。三环类抗抑郁药在治疗PHN中的有效性已被证实，而5羟色胺去甲肾上腺素再摄取抑制剂有待进一步验证。本文总结了抗抑郁药在治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛中的研究进展并建议应用联合疗法，以减低抗抑郁药的单药剂量，降低不良反应，提高镇痛效果。

Abstract: Postherpetic neuralgia (PHN) is a kind of neuropathic pain, which often brings huge physical and mental burden to patients and seriously affects the social function and quality of life. At present, there are various analgesic schemes for the treatment of PHN, and antidepressants have been recognized as first-line medications for treatment. The effectiveness of tricyclic antidepressants in treating PHN has been verified, while serotonin norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors need further validation. The update of antidepressants in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia is summarized in this paper. We propose combination therapy in order to improve analgesic effect and reduce the dose of monotherapy and adverse reactions.
