摘要:

目的:检测脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)及血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)在寻常型银屑病(PV)患者血浆中的表达。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)分别检测23例进行期PV19例稳定期PV患者血浆中BDNFVEGF的表达,并以16名健康志愿者作对照。结果:PV患者血浆中BDNFVEGF的表达均明显高于正常人(P<0.01),进行期患者的表达高于稳定期患者(P<0.01); BDNF的表达与PASI评分呈正相关(P<0.01),VEGF的表达与PASI评分无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论:BDNFVEGF可能参与了寻常型银屑病的发病机制

Abstract:

Objective: To detect the expression of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in the plasma of the patients with psoriasis vulgaris (PV). Methods: The plasma levels of BDNF and VEGF were measured by ELISA in the 42 patients (23 patients in active stage and 19 in stable stage) and 16 healthy controls. Results: The plasma levels of BDNF and VEGF were higher in the patients with PV than in healthy controls (P<0.01). The levels of BDNF and VEGF in the patients in active stage were higher than in the patients in stable stage (P<0.01). There was a positive correlation between the plasma level of BDNF and PASI (P<0.01) and there was no correlation between plasma level of VEGF and PASI (P>0.05). Conclusion: BDNF and VEGF may be involved in the pathogenesis of PV
