摘要： 皮肤T细胞淋巴瘤（CTCL）是一组原发于皮肤的非霍奇金淋巴瘤,近期研究显示该病具有地理群集现象，此外感染、职业、生活方式、药物、维生素D缺乏及怀孕等因素均可能参与CTCL的发生发展，本文对以上因素与CTCL的关系进行综述。

Abstract: Cutaneous T cell lymphoma is a group of non-Hodgkin lymphomas that originated in the skin. Recent researches showed geographic clustering of CTCL cases. Furthermore, multiple infectious factors, occupational risk factors, medication, lifestyle, vitamin D deficiency and pregnancy may be associated with CTCL. The correlation of those factors and CTCL is reviewed in this review.
