Abstract: The clinical and pathological data of 36 patients with granulomatous cheilitis (GC) confirmed by biopsy in our hospital from 2013 to 2017 were analyzed. Of 36 patients, 11 were males and 25 were females. The age ranged from 23 to 77 years old, with an average of 52.97 years old. The lesions were characterized by persistent non-depressed invasive swelling and erythema. The biopsy showed the lymphocytes and histiocytes infiltration in 36 patients, plasma cells infiltration in 24 patients, multinucleated giant cell infiltration in 14 patients, eosinophil infiltration in one patient. The treatment included local injection of corticosteroid, oral administration of steroid, hydroxychloroquine, thalidomide, tripterygium and wilfordii. Twelve patients recovered completely, 9 patients relieved, 13 patients had no response to treatments, and 2 patients aggravated.
