Abstract: A 7-year-old child presented with a purple plaque on shoulder for 10-month. Histopathologic examination revealed a poorly circumscribed proliferation in dermis composed of fibrous tissue and myofibroblasts, eccrine  glands, primitive mesenchyme and mature adipose tissue. Immunohistochemical staining showed vimentin (+), SMA and actin (+), CD34(+). The diagnosis of fibrous hamartmoma of infancy was made. Surgical excision was performed and no recurrence was noted during 4 months follow-up.
