Abstract: Objective: To analyze the recurrence factors of the patients with mixed allergic purpura. Methods: The data of the patients with primary mixed allergic purpura diagnosed from February 2017 to May 2018 was analyzed. Results: Thirtyfive patients were collected, including 23 children (<16 years old) and 12 adults (≥16 years old) . The age ranged from 5 to 75 years old. Of 35 patients, 23 reoccurred including 16 children and 7 adults. The recurrence factors were identified in 10 patients, including strenuous exercise (5 cases) and infection (3 cases). Age was positively associated with renal involvement in children(P<0.05,OR=3.934,95% CI: 1.092-14.176)and no relative factors of renal involvement in adults were found. Conclusion: For relapsed patients, strenuous exercise is also an important factor. Children were more likely to have disease recurrence, and the older they are, the kidney is more likely to be involved.
