Cutaneous adverse reactions of PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors

Abstract: Programmed cell death-1(PD-1)/programmed cell death-ligand 1(PD-L1)inhibitors has been proven to be effective in the treatment of malignant tumors. However, This immune-related adverse reactions of PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors are cutaneous complications, including maculopapular rash, pruritus and vitiligo, etc.al.. The adverse reactions of PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors are reviewed in this paper.
