Abstract: A 71-year-old male developed glaucoma erythema, mass, ulcer, crusting on glans with pain for 2 years. The patient was diagnosed with proliferative erythema by histopathological examination and received photodynamic therapy 8 times (interval 7 to 15 days). Glans lesions healed after the treatment, and no recurrence was found during follow-up.
