Aquagenic syringeal acrokeratoderma:a case report

Abstract: A 63-year-old female patient presented with white papules which became edema when contacted with water and disappeared when drying for more than 20 years. Water immersion test was positive. The diagnosis of aquagenic acrokeratoderma was made.
