Type II leprosy reaction nodular erythematosis: a case report

Abstract: A 53-year-old male presented with erythema, nodule and blister with pain for 7 days. Combined with medical history, clinical symptoms and pathology, the diagnosis of type II leprosy reaction was made. The patient showed clinical improvement after treated with thalidomide and glucocorticoid for 2 weeks.
