Abstract: A 56-year-old female presented with multiple papules and nodules on her right groin and sacral region for 32 years. Histopathological examination showed numerous epithelioid histiocytes and foam-like cells infiltrating in lower dermis, with scattered multinucleated giant cells and atypical Touton cells. Immunohistochemistry showed the tumor cells were positive for CD68-PGM1, CD68-KP1 and CD163. The diagnosis of tuberous xanthomas was made. The patient was treated with surgery and lipid lowering therapy.
