Abstract: Objective: To determine the influence factors of primary cutaneous amyloidosis (PCA). Methods: The data of 52 patients with primary cutaneous amyloidosis (PCA) in our hospital from May 2018 to January 2019 was analyzed. Results: A multivariable unconditional logistic regression showed that the excess sunlight, scratching and allergy were associated risk factors (OR=3.04, 9.25 and 4.65,respectively (Ps<0.05). There were significant differences in morbidity of eczema, urticaria and allergic rhinitis between 52 PCA patients and 104 healthy controls (P<0.05). Conclusion: The sunlight, scratching and allergy are associated with PCA and the complicating diseases include eczema, urticaria and allergic rhinitis.
