Mycosis fungoides with multiple manifestations: a case report

Abstract: A 80-year-old man presented with various lesions on his hands and feet with itching and pain for 4 years, aggravating for 1 year. Skin biopsy showed that a crumb mass of lymphocytes were seen in the dermis. Immunohistochemistry demonstrated positive for CD3, CD4,CD7,CD8,CD20,negative for CD5,and Ki-67 presented a level proliferation index of 10%. The diagnosis of mycosis fungoides was made. The patient was treated with antihistamine, topical glucocorticoid and narrow-spectrum UVB. The patient is under follow-up.
