Abstract: A 68-year-old male presented with yellow papules and patches on the cheek for two years. Histopathological features were in accordance with the diagnosis of solar elastin disease. The patient was treated with oral hydroxychloroquine, viaminate capsules, prednisone, and topical triamcinolone acetonide acetate and econazole nitrate cream. The lesions were softened and the number of yellow papules were decreased after treatment of 2 weeks.
