Punctate porokeratosis: a case report

Abstract: A 37-year-old male presented with depressed macules on his hands for one year. Biopsy showed columnar keratinization in the conical lamellar layer with thinned granular layer beneath. The patient was diagnosed as punctate porokeratosis and treated with topical tretinoin cream, twice a day.
