Neurofibroma on the top of the head: a case report

Abstract: A 43-year-old woman presented with a asymptomatic tumor on the top of the head for two years. The mass manifested as normal skin color lumps with the size of a peanut on the top of the head, with smooth surface, medium texture, poor mobility and slight tenderness. The superficial lymph nodes were not enlarged. The biopsy features of the lesion was accordance in neurofibroma. The neoplasm was successfully treated with excision.
