Subungual melanoma: a case report

Abstract: A 58-year-old male presented with black nail on the right hallex for more than 7 years, and the pathological features was accordance with the diagnosis of subungual melanoma. Systematic examination showed that no lymph node was involved. Distal thumb amputation was performed. The patient is under follow-up.
