Abstract: A 44-year-old male presented with a nodule on his left forearm with stabbing pain for 4 years. Histopathological examination showed that the lesion was composed of tightly packed small cells. These small cells contain small and dark nuclei located at the periphery of the bands, while the large cells contain large, pale nuclei located in the center of the bands. The diagnosis of eccrine spiradenoma was made according to the clinical and histopathologic manifestations. The lesion was treated with surgery resection.
