Annular linear Bowenoid papulosis: a case report

Abstract: A 40-year-old male presented with dark brown spot papules on the coronal sulcus for 3 months. Physical examination showed that the dark brown papule circle around the penis with a clear boundary. Histology showed atypical hyperplasia and parakeratosis, papillomatous hyperplasia, and hollowed cells, disordered arrangement of spinous cells and partial cells abnormal model change. The diagnosis of Bowenoid papulosis was made. The patient is treated with topical imiquimod and is followed-up.
