Abstract: The treatment of severe adverse drug eruption includes corticosteroids, immunosuppressant, intravenous immunoglobulin, blood purification and so on. Recently the new treatment has been tried, such as biological agents. The update of the treatments of severe adverse drug reactions is presented in this paper.
