Subcorneal pustular dermatosis with connective tissue disease: two cases report

Abstract: Two cases of subcorneal pustular dermatosis were reported. The two patients presented with erythemas and pustules over the trunk. Histopathology showed subcorneal pustules. DIF was negative and there was no bacterial growth in pustules bacterial culture. Case 1 was a 53-year-old female with rheumatoid arthritis, and was treated with oral acitretin capsules, glucocorticoids and hydroxychloroquine. Case 2 was a 69-year-old female with Sjogren's syndrome and autoimmune hepatitis, and was treated with glucocorticoids and minocycline. The lesions of both patients subside.
