Inverted follicular keratosis: a case report

Abstract: A 46-year-old male presented with the nodule on the back for more than ten days. Dermatological examination showed a raised reddish nodule about 8 mm in diameter with umbilicus fossa on the top and no tenderness. Histopathological examination showed the intraepidermal tumor of pseudoepithelioma like hyperplasia with prominent squamous eddies. The diagnosis of inverted follicular keratosis was made.
