Giant juvenile xanthogranuloma on the right auricle: a case report

Abstract: A 4-month-old girl presented with nodules on her right ear auricle when she was born. Physical examination showed hard nodules with boundary regularity on the right ear auricle. Pathological features were in accordance with the diagnosis of juvenile xanthogranuloma. No treatment was given and the nodules became smaller during follow-up.
