Abstract:

A 11-year-old girl presented blister-like tumor of her left upper arm for 1 year. Histopathological examination showed that the sharply defined cell lump consisted of shadow cells, transitional and basophilic cells, with sparse collagen fibers and infiltration of lymphocytes and multinucleated giant cells in the dermis. The diagnosis of bullous pilomatricoma was made. The lesion was removed and the wound healed well.
