Odontogenic cutaneous fistula: a case report

Abstract: A 21-year-old male presented with granuloma in the left nasolabial groove for 10 months, reappeared for 1 week after surgery. Physical examination showed a 0.3 cm×0.4 cm soft red granuloma in the left nasolabial groove with ulceration on the surface.Tooth X-ray: low density shadow around the apex of the left upper lateral incisor root. Color Doppler ultrasound: a strip of hypoechoic area extended to the root boundary of the tooth and bone damage was visibled. The diagnosis of odontogenic cutaneous fistula was made.
