Cutaneous ciliated cyst: a case report

Abstract: A 17-year-old female had a month history of subcutaneous nodule on  the left thigh for one month. The pathological examination showed that papillary infolding into the lumen of the subcutaneous nodule and the cyst wall was covered with pseudostratified ciliated columnar epithelium. The tumor showed a positive stain for epithelial membrane antigen (EMA), oestrogen and progesterone receptors, CK7, CK8/CK18, CK19, and E-cadherin. The diagnosis of cutaneous ciliated Müllerian cyst was made.
