Cutaneous metastases from nasal adenoid cystic carcinoma: a case report

Abstract: A 32-year-old female who had a history of adenoid cystic carcinoma on the right nasal cavity, presented with multiple nodules of the skin for 6 months. Physical examination found three red, hard nodules on the forehead, top and left shoulder. The pathological features were in accordance with metastatic adenoid cystic carcinoma. The patient was treated with PF regimen chemotherapy and PD-1 targeted therapy successively with no new nodule appeared.
