Facial eruptive vellus hair cysts: a case report

Abstract: A 50-year-old woman presented with multiple yellowish white papules on the face with itching for 1 year. The histopathological examination of the lesions showed that a dermal cyst lined by squamous epithelium containing keratinous debris and multiple vellus hair shafts. The patient refused to treat and she is under follow-up.
