Abstract: Reactive granulomatous dermatitis (RGD) is consisting of palisaded neutrophilic granulomatous dermatitis (PNGD), interstitial granulomatous dermatitis (IGD) and interstitial granulomatous drug reaction (IGDR). The etiology and pathogenesis of RGD remain unclear and the clinical and histopathological manifestations are varied. RGD usually associated with underlying systemic diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). The pathogenesis, clinical and pathological characteristics, diagnosis and treatment of these three types of diseases are reviewed in this paper.
